Solution: Balanced design force, accurate processing, convenient installation and debugging.
5. The machining accuracy of the roller is the key. To this end, a special tool was specially made to detect the bottom of the projector and zoom in 20 times.
6. Tapered roller bearings are used on the main drive side to ensure that the radial runout of the main shaft is within and outside 0.04MM to ensure that the main shaft does not move left or right. Ordinary ball bearings have their own clearance, and axial movement cannot be avoided during accurate transmission.
