1. The calculation of the neutral layer in the deformation zone is accurate, the calculation of the material used in the deformation zone is accurate, and the roll processing has good symmetry.
2. The non-deformed area (such as the bottom of the slide rail) should not be compressed as much as possible, and the gap between the upper and lower rollers should be consistent during the assembly process.
3. Before the material bites in, the guide slope should be set according to the rolling state of the front crawler, and the material will slide smoothly in the roller before the pressure is stabilized.
4. The problem of bending and twisting in production is mainly due to unbalanced forces, unbalanced left and right forces, bending of left and right forces, and unbalanced forces leading to deformation. Solution: Balanced design force, accurate processing, convenient installation and debugging.
5. The accuracy of drum processing is the key. Therefore, a special tool was specially made for inspection under the projector and magnified by 20 times.
6. Tapered roller bearings are used on the main drive side to ensure that the radial runout of the main shaft is within 0.04MM and that the main shaft will not move left or right. Ordinary ball bearings have their own clearance, and axial movement cannot be avoided during accurate transmission.

1. Through the principle of average force each time, the rollers of the entire production line are evenly stressed, the wear is balanced, and the service life of the rollers can be extended.
2. C12MoV material is used for rolls to take advantage of its wear resistance, but the specific strength and hardness are contradictory. The red hardness of C12MoV should be used during heat treatment. After quenching, the hardness can be obtained by tempering twice or even three times.
3. The arc part of the track is the core part of the slide rail. The arc position after the first few passes is suppressed and formed. When the vertical edge is rolled and folded in the next pass, the arc formed should be effectively protected by the upper and lower rollers or horizontal wheels. , Otherwise, the arc position of the material will definitely change during the stretching process. R becomes smaller and becomes a triangle, the steel ball is not at the bottom, and two-point contact will produce noise. When R becomes larger, the matching track will shake and the track will become blurred when using the slide rail. Uneven force and deformation of the slide rail shorten the service life.
4. Rolling stability issues. In the production process, the problem of deflection of the raceway material is often encountered. In fact, a single set of rollers is asymmetrical. The left side is stressed and the material is biased to the right; the right side bears a lot of pressure, and the material swings to the left.
