1. The calculation of the neutral layer in the deformation zone is accurate, the calculation of the material in the deformation zone is accurate, and the roll processing has good symmetry.

2. Do not compress the undeformed area as much as possible (such as the bottom of the slide rail), and the gap between the upper and lower rollers should be consistent during the assembly process.

3. Before biting into the material, the guiding slope should be set according to the rolling state of the front crawler, and the material will be compressed stably after sliding smoothly in the roller.

4. The accuracy of drum processing is the key. Therefore, a special tool was specially made for inspection under the projector and magnified by 20 times.

5. Tapered roller bearings are used on the main drive side to ensure that the radial runout of the spindle is within and outside 0.04MM, so that the spindle will not move left or right. Ordinary ball bearings have their own clearance, and axial movement cannot be avoided during accurate transmission.

6. The problem of bending and distortion in production is mainly due to unbalanced force, unbalanced force on left and right, bending of force on left and right, and unbalanced force on up and down causing deformation.
