How to control cold bending equipment

Based on years of experience in training professional operators, our factory briefly introduced how to skillfully control cold bending machine equipment:

1. Before operation, first check whether each lubrication point is short of oil, whether the motion mechanism is loose, whether the safety protection device is reliable, and can only operate after confirmation.

2. Start the oil pump and check whether the system pressure remains within the specified range. If it is too high, it will damage hydraulic components and waste power. If it is too low, it will affect the work.

3. Adjust the required position and angle of the part, adjust the position of the part to the required length, adjust the vertical lifting rail, so that the guide mold pressing cylinder can move forward to clamp the iron pipe, and perform adjustable clamping of the mold The cylinder can clamp the iron pipe.

4. The normal operation is to put the workpiece into the bending mold, the front end is in contact with the positioning, and it can be completed by stepping on the foot switch.

5. When bending, you need to concentrate. Do not put hands or other objects in the work area. In an emergency, press the emergency stop button, then turn the rotary switch to the manual position, and then manually reset it. If a malfunction occurs, please report it for repair in time.

6. After the cold bending machine is completed, the power supply should be cut off and cleaned and lubricated.
